We dramatically change the lifestyle of this family. The existing kitchen did not work, it had numerous doors, steps, openings, and a horrible layout that kept it disconnected from the house. We utilized the existing step down to provide a new mudroom with laundry area, adjusted the layout of the kitchen, and opened it to the rest of the house.
