We were contacted to provide additional modular classrooms to a private boys school to serve as a temporary space for a future larger project. The project involved various pre-existing trailers (with different layouts) that had to be combined together and meet code requirements such as egress, accessibility, and program requirements. We had a pre-existing bathroom trailer that we needed to not only meet fixture count requirements, but had to adapt it to have accessible stalls. in-between two trailers we had a site fabricated structure to provide a larger gathering room. Additionally the site and the budget were very difficult, but we were able to make the project function to meet their immediate needs, while they prepare to build a more aesthetically pleasing structure.
