Jason Peist Architect is a design based architecture firm based in Central New Jersey. We pride ourselves on our creative approach to your design problems by offering a multitude of solutions that are tailored to your needs. Our firm specialize in commercial, residential, and public spaces throughout NJ and NY. We are experienced with Vastu Shastra, Green Design/LEED, and designs for special needs and disabilities. We work with non-profits, including several animal rescues and organizations that support children and adults with disabilities.

We wanted to share with you a contemporary rehabilitation we designed for a great client. We worked with an existing dilapidated and outdated structure to bring in light with new and updated windows. We worked within the existing footprint and optimized the floorplan to better function with open concept spaces that still feel intimate and personal. more info

We provided a very dramatic entire first floor renovation and alteration, including engineering numerous structural beams to create an open layout, relocating the main stair, adjusting the bathroom locations, creating a butlers pantry and wash room, and more. This breath taking space highlights the clients dream kitchen, which showcases a clean contemporary finish and high end appliances. more info
